<p>1. Hands cross straight, Then turn to the body, to help relax the muscles of the wrist and shoulder tension.</p>
<p>2. Hands together on the back and conducive to the activities of the shoulder.</p>
<p>3. And sit cross-legged, neck forward, stretching back as far as possible, and the activities of cervical spine.</p>
<p>4. Cross-legged, the body stretched to the limit and back, to help the waist and cone activity.</p>
<p>The above actions may be the turn around, do all for 8-10 times.</p>
